- .on-site surveys didn't work/no return on investment/correct questions not used - stopped using it!
- .networking tool - not enough delegates used it, not worth the time commitment

- online registrations did not work for all delegates because not all have access to technology, have to use a mixture
- online invitations to attend - did not work, did not get a big response
- high expectations of technology but overvalued for what it can really achieve
